The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program wants to help police identify two men who stole an unusual item from a grocery store.
On Saturday, Feb. 2, at about 9:30 p.m., two white males entered the Martin’s at 12601 Jefferson Davis Highway and said they were there to service a floor buffer. A few minutes later, one of the men pushed the silver industrial propane floor buffer out of the store’s front door.
The first man, who was wearing a blue and gray jacket, jeans and a brown belt, appeared to be 35 to 50 years old. The second man, who appeared to be 45 to 65 years old, was wearing a green jacket, cream khaki pants and a black knit cap. You can view surveillance photos of the men at www.crimesolvers.net .
