Bands include Janet Martin, Keith Horne, Cedar Creek, D'Originals, McGill Jackson, Five & Dimers, and TH. Special performances by Latin Ballet of Virginia. Traditional cultural program by local and regional Filipino artists. Delicious authentic cuisine, kiddie games, jewelry, crafts, many vendors, and more. D.C.
