Help identify man who robbed Walmart employees

This week, the Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs help identifying a man who robbed two Walmart employees in Colonial Heights.

During the late-night hours of Tuesday, Aug. 10, a black male entered the Walmart at 671 Southpark Blvd. and approached two employees in the Tire and Lube section of the store. The suspect gestured as if he had a gun, demanded they hand over their two-way radios and cell phones, and then proceeded to take the store’s cash. He left the area in a red, newer-model Chevrolet pickup, striking a shopping cart on the truck’s passenger side.

Photos of the suspect and the truck he was driving can be seen on Crime Solvers website. Visit crimesolvers.net and select the “Crime of the Week” link.
