Police search for clues and leads in burglaries on Greenham Drive

The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to solve two residential break-ins that occurred in the same subdivision.

On Tuesday, April 16, a home in the 3300 block of Greenham Drive was illegally entered through its back door. The thieves rummaged through the entire house, taking numerous electronic devices and pieces of jewelry. Among the items taken were two iPad minis and two Rolex watches.

Then, between Friday, July 5, and Sunday, July 7, someone broke into another house in the same block of Greenham Drive. Jewelry was also taken from that home, but, unfortunately, so were three long guns (two shotguns and one rifle).

The loss in each case was substantial. It is not clear whether the two cases were committed by the same suspects, but detectives continue to look into all clues and still need the public’s help to identify the suspects. For related photos, please visit www.crimesolvers.net.
