Meet new tennis partners for weekly play. Previous tennis experience is required. Times vary according to session.

Join fellow seniors for recreational play.

This upbeat and challenging class is set to the music of the 1940s and 50s. Athletic shoes are suggested. Membership at American Family Fitness is not required.
Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 16-Nov. 30, noon-1 p.m.

This class draws from dance, healing and martial arts, and is a mind-body-spirit fitness program. Membership at the Midlothian Athletic Club is not required.

Ageless Grace
This is a fitness and wellness program consisting of easy-to-do exercises that are performed while seated in a chair. Membership at the Midlothian Athletic Club is not required.
