Taco Bell to be updated, area leases and purchases

The Taco Bell restaurant at Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center has been razed in order for the management company to build a larger and more updated restaurant. The reopening date is unknown at this time.

Irongate Beauty Supply leased 2,800 square feet at 6429 Iron Bridge Rd. The lease was handled by Commonwealth Commercial Partners.

On Air Park Road, Porter Realty, Inc. handled the Triumvirate Environmental lease of 6,688 square feet of office/warehouse space at 11126 Air Park Rd.

Motley’s Auction and Realty Group  handled the purchase of the McBar Office Building at 2651 Osborne Road in Chester. JSarge, LLC purchased the office building for $280,000 from McLaughlin, LLC.

Voltage Vapin, an e-cigarette shop, has opened at Whistle Stop Shopping Center at the corner of Centralia and Chester Road.

Branders Creek Corner, a new retail strip behind the DMV, off of Iron Bridge Road is going up. The new retail area, adjacent to Walmart, could contain new restaurants, retailers and offices. The broker for the strip of shops is Plus Management.
