Chesterfield students attend HOBY leadership seminar

Thirteen Chesterfield students were selected by their schools to participate in a unique leadership training, service-learning and motivation-building experience at the Hugh O’Brian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Seminar. this spring at James Madison University. The students took part in a series of workshops and programs designed to inspire today’s youth to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. The following students from the Village News readership area were selected by their schools to participate:

  • Keith Anderson- Thomas Dale High School
  • Shanelle Thomas- Chesterfield Community High School
  • Danika Barlow- Meadowbrook High School
  • Marco Echeverria- Meadowbrook High School
