SUSPICIOUS DEATH RULED HOMICIDE

Police have ruled a suspicious death that occurred in the 13600 block of Duxton Drive on Tuesday, April 2, a homicide.

At about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters and police responded to a structure fire at a residence on Duxton Drive. Upon entry to the residence, firefighters located the body of a female. An autopsy completed today revealed that the female victim had been shot. Identification of the victim is still pending.

Police continue to seek Lloyd Edward Warren Jr., 46, who also lived at the residence. Warren may be driving a black 2009 Nissan Altima bearing Virginia license plates WWA-2759, which is missing from the Duxton Drive address.

Police consider Warren a person of interest and are trying to determine his whereabouts.
