The Chesterfield County Fair Association is offering three (3) $1,000 scholarships to be awarded to individuals seeking a formal education beyond high school. The applicant must be a citizen of the U.S. and a resident of Chesterfield County. The applicant must be a graduating high school senior with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher or have received a GED within one year of submission on an application for the scholarship.

Applications must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2013. The Guidelines and the Scholarship Application can be obtained from the website, www.ChesterfieldCountyFair.org. The scholarships are not awarded based on sex, race, religion, financial need, class rank or scholastic major. The goal of the Chesterfield County Fair Association is to help prepare a better future for Chesterfield County and its residents.
