Registration for fall 2010 classes at John Tyler Community College will begin July 12 and run through Aug. 20, according to information from the school. A complete list of classes may be found online at www.jtcc.edu/schedule. Students already enrolled at the college are encouraged to register online using the Student Information System found at www.jtcc.edu/myTyler.
The Lucy Corr Foundation will sponsor a 5K Run for the Future on Saturday, July 17, at 8 a.m. at 6800 Lucy Corr Blvd., near the Chesterfield County government complex. Registration packet pick-up will begin at 7 a.m. The 5K Run for the Future includes a flat-loop course in the Courthouse area for runners, as well as a 2.5K scenic trail for walkers.

There’s a common thread that connects one locale to others.
