County official appointed to state board

Debbie Burcham, director of Chesterfield County’s Department of Mental Health Support Services and executive director of the Chesterfield Community Service Board, has been appointed to the Public Guardian and Conservator Advisory Board by Gov. Bob McDonnell, according to information from the county.

Residents ask about impact of address changes
