Two weeks after competing in Kona, Hawaii, for the Ironman World Championship, Robert Flanigan is taking some much-needed time off. The Tools for School program, administered by the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Department of Social Services, served 1,194 children this year due to donations and support from the community. The number is an increase over the 2010 program, which served 902 children.
