Thomas Dale was able to keep pace in the Central District last Friday, as they defeated the Prince George Royals 39-7 in Central District action. The Royals were coming off a 60-7 beating by Meadowbrook and had some looks, but the Knights were able to grind it out and got two key interceptions by safety Desmond Frye in route to a win on homecoming weekend.
The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to identify and find the suspects who police believe committed two robberies in southern Chesterfield County. In each robbery, black males entered the store and immediately approached the clerk, displayed firearms and robbed the store of cash.

Two weeks after competing in Kona, Hawaii, for the Ironman World Championship, Robert Flanigan is taking some much-needed time off. After finishing in the top 500 competitors (out of 1,900) – a race that took him 10 hours and eight minutes to complete – he has returned to his Chester home where he can finally reflect on his exciting year.
