Pau Pau has a new obsession and you could watch them all day long – babies. It doesn’t matter – human babies, kittens, baby birds and even baby turtles. Martha Nemitz has a new obsession as her granddaughter placed on her Face book page, “Pau Pau has a new obsession.”
Until Interstate 95 was completed in 1964, U.S. Highway 1 was the most heavily traveled highway in Virginia, according to Tim O’Gorman, who just authored a book called “Spending the Night on Virginia’s Main Street.”
Carolyn Martin and Ronnie Maxwell have been totally surprised and amazed with a volunteer tomato plant that erupted spontaneously next to a walkway in their flower bed next to their house. For mid-October, the plant is one of the healthiest tomato plants this reporter has seen this late in the season.

Dickie King celebrated his lovely wife, Alena, with a disco themed thirtieth birthday party. It took place in the banquet room of their restaurant, King’s Korner. The event with over 90 guests, did not end until 2 a.m.
