Nestled at the edge of an acre of asphalt that sees more than 26,000 cars a day sits a tiny oasis at the intersection of West Hundred and Harrowgate roads. This little pocket park was developed years ago to spruce up the mundane intersection, but it’s been difficult to maintain, according to Chester Garden Club President Melissa Ray. So the group decided to re-landscape the area.
