Military vets ‘can do anything’ at Wheelchair Games

Wheelchair athletes descended on Chesterfield last Friday to show off their swimming strokes in 21-heats of competition held at the Collegiate School Aquatics Center. The facility was honored to host the swimming portion of the 32nd annual National Veterans Wheelchair Games.

Last Saturday, the Citie of Henricus, one of America’s oldest settlements, once again hosted The Henricus Dauber Dash. This 5-mile run through the Henricus Historical Park isn’t how most people would spend their weekend getting exercise. Obstacles were spread throughout the course.

Knights fall to Titans in soccer regional final

Thomas Dale’s boys soccer has found success in recent years. This year hasn’t been any different. Ranked third in the nation by ESPN’s Powerade Fab 50, the Knights tore through the regular season with an undefeated record. However, they came up short in the Central Region final against Cosby on Saturday, losing 1-0.
